Accessibility in times of Corona

Employees of the SKAR office will mostly work from home, until May, as a consequence of the national Corona measures. We are happy to inform you how we can keep in touch with each other.

Our office can be reached by telephone on working days between 10:00 and 14:00. Because our office will not be fully staffed, we may not always be able to speak to you immediately. In that case you can also send a Whatsapp message (we will check the messages regularly).

Visitors are only received by appointment. We will ask you in advance if you have cold symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose). Even if your partner and / or child (ren) have these symptoms, it is important to report this to us.

With regard to our own presence at our office and receiving visits, we follow the guidelines of RIVM. If you are in a risk group, we will ask you not to come.

Repair requests

– the address of the building and the studio number
– your name and telephone number.
– in case of damage, a photo of the situation (if possible)

What repairs do we take on?
We take on all repairs (preferably by mail). Our contractors carry out repairs based on urgency. Until April 6, repairs will only be carried out where the urgency is critical or high, or an average emergency if there is a risk of damage.

When accepting a repair request, SKAR or the contractor / specialist will contact you. You will be asked whether you suffer from a cold. If you have a cold, an appointment will be made as soon as the symptoms are over.

We understand that it can be difficult for you and will try to reduce the inconvenience as much as possible.
