Jobs for rent: for whom
This scheme is for tenants who see their income drying up immediately as a result of the corona crisis and can no longer pay their rent. It is for everyone switch, we assume that we can do this in confidence and it is not abused. The jobs we can do are limited, and are meant for the people who need it most. If you can't do that job, maybe someone else can help. If that applies to you, please send us a message.

Security
We'll have the jobs done when we can. So only when it's safe, and in a way that doesn't have to endanger anyone's health.

How to
We regard your application as an offer and will discuss together when and how the work should be carried out. After your registration, we will send you an order confirmation, with an advance payment (equal to the invoice for the rent).
Payment will be made by means of a credit invoice which will be charged against the rental invoice, in order to keep it as clear as possible for accounting purposes. There are SKAR tenants who rent excluding VAT, and there are tenants who do not pay VAT. We assume that the tenants who do not pay VAT are not liable for VAT either. We make a credit invoice for the work done for them without VAT.

We work on the basis of a standard hourly rate, which we agree with contractors for this type of work. In addition, there is a standard calculation of what can be done in an hour.
