When do I have to pay my rent?
You always pay the rent a month in advance. So, the rent for January must be in our account on January 1st. What's more, paying rent doesn't depend on the invoice you receive: it's an 'obligation to bring'. It is your own responsibility to ensure that the rent is on our account on time.

If you pay on time every month, there's nothing wrong. If you pay too late, our collection procedure starts. We'll remind you first, so you can solve it quickly. We'll do that by e-mail. If that doesn't work, we may have to charge you extra. We'd rather not - so pay the rent on time.
