don't pay rent

I can't pay the rent
Sometimes it's not possible to pay the rent on time. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible - at least within a week after the deadline has passed - preferably by e-mail. Then together we can see how we can solve it. For example, we could look into a payment arrangement.

If the backlog lasts longer than one month, or increases, we will start the collection procedure. That means we will send reminders, asking you to pay the rent. We'll do that by e-mail. If the arrears increase, we invite you to visit us - a solution is needed quickly. But in the extreme case this may mean that we have to terminate the contract. We'd rather not, of course - so contact us as soon as possible and keep us informed.

I don't want to pay the rent
It can happen that you are dissatisfied with SKAR. Of course we try to prevent that. It doesn't always work out. Is not paying the rent a way to get something done?

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Renting is a contractual agreement between tenant and landlord. As a tenant, you make use of a space, and you pay for that. The rent is an obligation to bring goods, and must be paid monthly. If you don't pay, your rent arrears will increase and you will be, as it is called, in default. If you refuse to pay, the landlord may declare you in default, which may ultimately lead to the termination of the contract. And collecting the rent arrears after all.
