There are studios available again!

Have you seen the offer page on the SKAR website?

The complete studio offers can be found on the website and are updated monthly. You will still receive a notification from us via email when new studios are available.

You can respond to the current offer until Friday, May 6 via this link. Please note: you can still only respond if you are admitted to the candidate list or are already renting at SKAR. It is possible to respond to multiple studios.

Viewings will be organised after 6 May. Interested parties will receive an email about this.

Open Call basement of the Archive

In Het Archief, SKAR develops the basement as an open space, a studio garden with basic facilities for starting, (recently) graduated young makers, who are taking their first steps as professionals in the creative sector.

The Archive is a creative breeding ground in the former archive of the Municipality of Rotterdam, located 1.5 km from Rotterdam Central Station. The building will be developed by SKAR into a studio building with an open character.

Studio space available on Lambertusstraat

A space in this former classical school building is available. Most of the artists working in the building are autonomous and the building is located in a lively residential area, close to the shops on Voorschoterlaan.

Music studio available in Soundport

Soundport on Keilstraat 3 focuses entirely on music. The building in the M4H area houses 21 music studios. These are isolated and intended for professional musicians to make music, arrangements and recordings. A studio in this building will become available on 1 June. The workspace is intended for a musician.
