Corona news letter April 6 / Corona news letter April 6

Dear tenant, dear tenant

I hope you're okay. Since the last newsletter we know that we have to keep our intelligent distance at least until May. For many of you it will mean that working for a while will not be easier, if not impossible.

We still don't know how long the Corona measures will last. Nor do we know how long it will take for the support from the national government and the municipality to actually provide air. Or even how long it will take before everything is up and running again and orders come in. All in all, that's quite a lot of uncertainty, I get that.

We're trying to keep you updated on what's coming. On the websites below you can follow what is happening:

https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/coronavirus-covid-19/veelgestelde-vragen-per-onderwerp/cultuur
https://www.rotterdam.nl/vrije-tijd/kunst-en-cultuur/
https://coronaregelingen.nl

Meanwhile, the first order confirmations have been sent. It's nice to see that many of you also want to work for others, even others they don't know. If you are not able to do the work yourself, or if you can't just call on someone else, please let us know - we will be happy to connect supply and demand. You can do that by sending us an e-mail about it.

If you do get into trouble, let us know as soon as possible. We can then examine together whether, for example, a payment arrangement could be a solution. In any case, we ask you not to stop paying rent just like that.

And then our accessibility. We strive to be reachable by phone every day between 10 and 14 hours. And so far we have been able to do so. At the office we only receive those who need a key, for example, or need to hand something over. And many of you know how to reach us by e-mail. Still, it is possible that you do not reach us or that e-mail does not succeed. That is why we have made it possible for you to reach us via Whatsapp. We will read the messages several times a day.

Much strength,

Olof van de Wal

Dear tenant,
I hope you are doing well. Since last week, we know that the policy of keeping intelligent distance has been prolonged until at least until May. For most of you this means, working isn't getting any easier, if not impossible.

As of now, we don't know just how long the Corona measures will last. Nor how long it will take before the support from central government and the municipality actually kicks in. Or even, how long it takes for society to start up again. That is quite a lot of uncertainty, I understand.

We try to keep you informed of the upcoming arrangements. You can follow what happens on the websites below (in Dutch, I'm afraid):

https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/coronavirus-covid-19/veel asked-vragen-per-onderwerp/cultuur
https://www.rotterdam.nl/vrij-tijd/kunst-en-cultuur/
https://coronaregelingen.nl

If you do run into difficulties paying the rent, let us know as soon as possible. We can together find out whether, for example, a payment arrangement can be a solution. Or maybe you can join the 'aid in Corona times project'. In any case, we ask you not to just stop paying rent.

And then our accessibility. We strive to be available by phone daily between 10 am and 2 pm. And that has been successful so far. At the office we only receive those who need a key or who have to hand something over. And many of you know how to reach us through email.
Should you, however, have difficulties reaching us, we have made it possible for you to reach us via Whatsapp .

Keep well, keep safe,

Best, Olof van de Wal
