We're gonna spend another SKAR job.
When we announced in March this year that tenants could do jobs for their rent, we couldn't have imagined how much use would be made of it. A total of 90 months of rent has been worked on - or more than seven years. For the participants it meant that they were not rent arrears. I am very happy with that. Moreover, the jobs have been nicely completed.
Honestly, I had hoped this wouldn't be necessary again. That everyone could get back to work. That's not true. We've had a lot of questions if we can't do it again, since the new partial lock down has been set. That's why we decided to do it again. The jobs are more limited than we had, and we'll have to find out which ones are suitable, but we'll reopen the registration.
We won't have the jobs done until it's safe to do so. When that is, we can't say yet - we'll have to be patient about that. Because we are going to put a lot of energy into this, we may not be able to do other things as quickly. I hope you can have patience with that, too. Now, first, make sure everyone gets through Corona.
