Have you seen the offer page on the SKAR website?

The complete studio offers can be found on the website and these are updated obvv available studios. You will be notified by email when new studios are available.

You can respond to the current offer through Thursday, December 7, 2023 via this link. Please note that you can still only respond if you have been admitted to the applicant list or are already renting from SKAR. It is possible to respond to multiple studios.

Viewings will be held after Dec 7, 2023. These will take place on di 12/12, woe 13/12 and don 14/12. Interested parties will receive an email about this. For questions, mail to verhuur@skar-ateliers.nl

Three Friends Street - Old West

Exchange Street - New West

This building is in a residential neighborhood in Delfshaven, on a side street of the Nieuwe Binnenweg. It has 13 studios. This former school building has been owned by SKAR since 2002. The building has 3 floors and houses several artists with various disciplines. In addition, the building has been included as a pilot in our sustainability efforts. It is expected that SKAR will make adjustments to the building in 2024/2025.

Temporary Project Atelier Available - Hildegardis Street

Do you need a temporary studio on short notice to work on a project?
As of January 1, 2024, a project studio will become available on Hildegardis Street. These studios are available for up to 1 year. There are 12 studios in the building and artists from all disciplines work there: painters, sculptors, photographers, writers and more.

Robert Fruin Street 52 Under development - 2nd FLOOR

In our last newsletter we told you that we were making 10 studios on the 3rd floor of The Archives. All of these have now been rented out. Because of their small size and relatively low energy costs, there is great demand for this type of workspace.
Therefore, we decided to create 10 studios on the 2nd floor as well. You can sign up now.
