The complete studio offers can be found on the website and these are updated obvv available studios. You will be notified by email when new studios are available.

You can respond to the current offer tm Thursday, June 29, 2023 via this link. Please note that you can still only respond if you have been admitted to the candidate list or are already renting from SKAR. It is possible to respond to multiple studios.

Finch Street - Old North

Insulindestraat - Bergpolder

This old building houses 11 studios. It has been owned by SKAR since 2003. The building has two entrances on the street side and is surrounded by residential houses. The building sits near the Hofbogen in Rotterdam-North, which is currently being completely redeveloped.
Preference is given to autonomous work.

Koraalstraat 17 (Hillegersberg)

Ateliers Koraalstraat is characterized by the diversity of mostly autonomous artists working there. There are painters, draftsmen, a photographer, sculptors and more conceptual/researching artists in the building. Some teach at the Willem de Kooning Academy or at Ateliers Koraalstraat itself. Some exhibit in museums or are represented by galleries selling their work at (inter)national fairs.
