There are studios available again!

Have you seen the new offer page on the SKAR website?

From now on, the complete studio offers can be found on the website and they are updated monthly. You will still receive a notification from us via email when new studios are available.

You can respond to the current offer until Friday, September 24 via this link. Please note: you can still only respond if you are admitted to the candidate list or are already renting at SKAR. It is possible to respond to multiple studios.

Viewings will be organised after 24 September. Interested parties will receive an email about this.

Attic units available in the laundry

In the fashion incubator de Wasserij (North), 2 workplaces of 15m2 are available. These attic units are intended for just starting entrepreneurs.

The units are divided as half-open spaces, which makes it possible to work together with other artists, but also to work alone. The rent for the units is around €130 incl VAT per month.

Music studio in Soundport

Soundport on Keilstraat 3 focuses entirely on music. The building in the M4H area houses 21 music studios. These are well insulated and are intended for professional musicians to make music, arrangements and recordings. A studio on the third floor of this building will become available on 1 September.

Two studios available on Koningsveldestraat

The building on Koningsveldestraat is a beautiful former school building with a selection of interesting artists. The ground floor of the building has an open character with a daytime restaurant and gallery that is open to the public.

There are 2 rooms available. These rooms have a lot of character due to the high ceilings and a beautiful light through the large windows.

Temporary workplaces in the Centre

In the city centre at Stadhuisplein we manage 5 floors of studios where designers, architects, animators and artists from various other disciplines work. There are still a number of spaces available in this building. Please note that the maximum rental period is until 1 August 2022.
