What does SKAR do?
SKAR realizes workspaces for the creative and cultural sector in Rotterdam. We manage and develop workspaces for artists and creative makers to work, meet and connect. We explore new opportunities to meet the growing demand for suitable and affordable space in the city. SKAR stands for more space for imagination, so that makers can experiment artistically and socially, grow ideas, use their talents, develop new projects and be successful in them.
What will you do?
SKAR is currently working with an architectural firm and other partners to make all buildings more sustainable.
For this purpose, a so-called building passport has to be made for each building, containing all architectural, building-physical and installation-technical aspects.
You will collect, organize and, if necessary, digitize this data for us.
For this you will work partly at our office in Rotterdam West, but you will also regularly go out on your own. Sometimes it will be necessary to go to the archive or to make inventories and photos on location.
What do we ask?
You know what needs to be done to map existing buildings inventory what is already there and determine what still needs to be added
- - generate digital floor plans and drawings
- - adjust floor plans and facades in digital floor plans
- - record installations and meters in digital floor plans
- - establishing principle details
That means you
- - Has a generally applied ( Autocad, Revit) drawing program
- - Can work and plan independently
- - be able to separate main issues from side issues
- - Will ask for help from the rest of the team when needed
- - Have experience creating and modifying drawings
- - works very precisely
