De huurprijzen verschillen per gebouw. Je kunt voor 2024/2025 uitgaan van gemiddeld €64,29 m2 per jaar. Dat is de SKAR-norm. Deze wordt jaarlijks aangepast aan de inflatie.

On top of that come service charges. These include gas, water, electricity, rubbish collection and various other charges. These also vary per building. The service costs are variable per building, depending on the costs that are passed on to us.

At the moment there is a very high gas price, which also affects SKAR. Suppliers have implemented hefty price increases. Therefore, as a precautionary measure, SKAR has increased the advance payments that tenants pay for the service costs in order to avoid very high additional payments in this year's settlement.
