STROMING

Cloese 10 offers space for a new breeding ground (STROMING) in Hoogvliet. In bright and large classrooms of almost 60m2, at least 12 people can set up their own workplaces. In addition, there is plenty of space in and around the building that can be developed jointly. Around the building of STROMING there will be opportunities for small dwellings such as tiny houses.

What is STROMING? The worlds of the arts and those of urban development are increasingly intertwined, and this calls for a place where a platform can be offered to this new generation. This group will have its place in STROMING, where a fine destination with a green and open atmosphere will be built over the next 10 years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The creative industry is also offering special solutions to the urgent need for greening and softening of the urban environment. STROMING is all about precisely those cross-pollinations, combinations between different disciplines and the driving force to set change in motion.

 

The building stands on a large square that asks to be tiled where possible. At the rear of the building are beautiful trees, at the front is a spacious entrance. The building and the classrooms have many windows and the walking areas have skylights in several places. The property has two floors, in total there are 12 spacious and bright workplaces of approximately 60 m2.

 

In addition to the spacious workplaces, there is plenty of communal space in the building, a small kitchen, sufficient sanitary facilities and some smaller rooms and storage spaces. The classrooms are located on all sides of the building. There are workplaces overlooking greenery and workplaces overlooking the forecourt. Classrooms with windows on all directions, north, south, east and west.
